Terms & Conditions

PHONE POLICY:
We ask all students to turn off their phone and hand in to a member of staff to lock away. If they are waiting for an urgent call, they can provide our office number.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Payment must be made a month in advance for lessons, otherwise your child will not be admitted to class.
2. Enrolling for tuitions at Be Etiquette Learning Centre constitutes a binding agreement on the student to attend the class and pay the full tuition fees.
3. Students who are late in starting their course will not be entitled to any reduction in tuition fees. This also applies where students have been absent from classes, or where they may not have been attending all the subjects for which they have enrolled.
[Option available to rebook a session within 2 weeks from absence otherwise lesson is lost]
4. Fees MUST be paid in advance appropriately to guarantee spaces or else a place will not be guaranteed for students who have not paid the appropriate fees.
5. We require 4 week’s notice if you change sessions or want to terminate.
6. A fee of £15.00 will be charged for late payments.
7. We require a two-week deposit as security which is fully refundable after termination of tuition.
8. If your child has not attended lessons and notice is not given you are still liable to pay.
9. We reserve the right to dismiss a student for inappropriate behaviour of any description at Be Etiquette Learning Centre.
10. Students are required to dress and behave appropriately and MUST bring their own equipment.
11. Students are not permitted to smoke in the Centre environment.
12. Students are expected not to engage in, initiate or support mis-behaviour of any description that could be construed as disruptive or destructive.
13. Students are required to attend classes regularly and punctually. Be Etiquette Learning Centre reserves the right to report to parents and/or other interested parties, for any students who do not observe this rule.
14. Be Etiquette Learning Centre will not be held liable for any property or money lost on its premises. Students must take care of their own belongings.
15. Students should be aware that they are attending Be Etiquette Learning Centre to study and are expected to always behave responsibly, Activity which could cause disturbance to other students or centre staff will result in dismissal from the centre. In such case no refund of fees will be made.
16. Parents or guardians will accept full liability for any damage caused by the student to Be Etiquette Learning Centre premises.
17. In the interests the student’s well-being whilst in the teacher’s care, the centre must be informed or any medical to other conditions affecting the student.
18. Students are expected to be present in the appropriate class five minutes before the class commences. Teachers reserve the right to refuse admission to students who arrive
late.
19. Be Etiquette Learning Centre reserves the right to contact Student’s parents or guardian in case their children are, misbehaving or found getting involved in illegal activities.
Any student found disturbing or distracting other student’s will be asked to leave the class
20. Be Etiquette Learning Centre reserves the right to cancel classes, amalgamate classes, change class times, or schedule or change the number of classes/lectures in a week. The parent/ student shall be notified about the change.
21. Students who change address or any other contact details must notify Be Etiquette
Learning Centre immediately.
22. Terms and conditions come into effect upon enrolment/registration.
23. The student and their parents are fully responsible for providing correct information in application form. Any information provided by the student or parent is found incorrect or false, Be Etiquette Learning Centre will not be responsible and the Terms & Conditions will still be applied.
24. Be Etiquette Learning Centre reserves the right to amend information within this Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
25. We require a week in advance for any cancellations for activities.
Credit for sessions may be under some circumstances (speak to a member of staff at Be Etiquette Learning Centre).
